Trisha Mayhew | Family Law Attorney
About Trisha
Navigating the legal system is overwhelming, especially when dealing with matters as personal as divorce and child custody. I understand how overwhelming that can feel, and I work closely with clients to help them move through the process with clarity and steady guidance.
My background includes work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and that experience continues to shape how I approach my practice. I know that every family’s situation is different, and I take the time to understand what matters most to each client, whether that is protecting a relationship with a child, finding financial stability, or simply getting through a difficult transition with as little unnecessary conflict as possible.
Not every case needs to become a fight. Litigation is inherently unpredictable, expensive, and emotionally exhausting, especially when children are involved. Whenever possible, I help clients work toward practical and fair resolutions that allow them to move forward. At the same time, when court involvement is necessary, I will advocate strongly on your behalf. Our Firm
